So-called Digital Nomads aren't necessarily always successful at living-out a life of making money online and travelling. Yet many of them project an illusion of success that they ultimately aim to monetise in some way or another.

Banelihackpacker is coming at it refreshingly differently, relaying a first-hand experience of the harsh realities of trying to transition into being a full-time digital nomad or "hackpacker."

Seven things went wrong for me on this particular trip to Phuket Thailand, where I went on to stay for a whole 15 months, fully immersed in this dream life of being a Digital Nomad. Forget experiencing the full might of Murphy's Law - I was haunted by Murphy's GHOST itself!
